760 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 760 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 760 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the 760 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms have been published will be deemed as acceptance of those updated terms.
The 760 platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 760 platform only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The platform reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. 760 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact customer support immediately.
760 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, operated multiple accounts, provided false information during registration, engaged in fraudulent activity or system manipulation, attempted to hack or disrupt the platform's functionality, or taken any action that could harm other users or the platform itself. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining account balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an investigation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 760 platform user, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out by the platform. Use of the platform must be for personal and entertainment purposes only — not for any commercial or unlawful purpose.
Users are prohibited from: using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform; attempting to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system; distributing harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform; or using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled. Results recorded by the 760 system are conclusive unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the platform management shall be final.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 760 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies directly — any currency conversion is the responsibility of the user and their payment service provider.
Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform at the time, including online banking, local e-wallets, and other methods that may be added or removed from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting purposes on the 760 platform.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits or one registered under the same user's name. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method. 760 reserves the right to hold or investigate any withdrawal suspected of being linked to unlawful activity.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and any other conditions stated in the respective promotion details. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the cancellation of the bonus or any associated winnings. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

760 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform. The platform's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. The platform does not guarantee that its services will be available without interruption, free of errors, or fully secure from cyber threats.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 760 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface design, software, and code — is the exclusive property of the platform operator or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

760 may contain links or references to third-party services. Such links are provided for informational convenience only and do not represent an endorsement or approval of the content, policies, or practices of those websites. The platform is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
760 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings under Malaysian jurisdiction.
